Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed via our website only.

Prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for pricing errors or unavailability

Prepaid and COD options available (with limits).

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping time: 3–10 business days (India)

International delivery subject to customs and extra charges

All items are packed securely to prevent damage

Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once shipped

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate shipping address and contact details

Be available for delivery confirmation or pickup

Inspect the package at the time of delivery (especially for fragile murtis)
